I absolutely loved Ruthless Creatures and couldn't wait for Declan's story and I loved him in Beautifully Cruel. He was everything I thought he'd be, but the BDSM dominant, 'don't come', 'sir' thing is always a turn off for me. Sloane was just ok, she wasns't my cup of tea in the first book and didn't like her any better here. The fact that she had sex (anal included) with half the male population in the US was also a turn off. So even though I finished the book, I did put it down at times or switched to a different book.. in other words, it didn't rock my world AT ALL. Also, it'd be nice if the authors check their facts if they're going to incorporate charaters from other books.. for instance, Diego was Colombian in Beautifully Cruel and Mexican in this book. LOL. Kage and Nat story was SO.MUCH.BETTER.
